with big white polka dots. Top features a v
neck opening edged in a ruffle. Long poet
sleeves with elastic at end and exposes a
ruffle. Tie belt. Skirt, which we show as a
tent dress, has elastic at waist and pleats.
We show it tied empire style, and loose.
This outfit can transition into all seasons
depending on your accessories. We also show
on a 5' 9" extra small model and a 5" 11"
full figured model. No label size.
Measurements are taken flat, one side only,
