Checkout
All the items that you have in
your shopping bag appear in your order during
Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items,
simply edit your shopping bag before clicking
"Checkout." When you click "Continue Checkout" we
you will be asked to select your mode of payment. Your credit card will be
charged when you complete the transaction. (If you
have completed your shopping cart and have chosen to
make payment by bank transfer, please email us as soon
as you have made the bank transfer. We will only
proceed after payment is received.)

Inventory
changes daily in all our 6 warehouses. We may need
to pull orders from multiple locations in order to
fill larger orders in a timely fashion. A prompt
Cost Analysis will be performed in order to provide
you with the least expensive & quickest way to get
your goods to your door. You are not charged extra
if we need to divide your order.
On Order Items
Most of the items on
Axxfactor.com are in stock and available to ship
immediately. However, some items are shipped directly
from our manufacturers. Orders will be collected
and send to them for ready shipment. We will provide
you with an estimated shipping date. This is the date
that we expect the item to be ready to leave our
warehouse and does not include the time it will take
to arrive at your shipping address.
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or
change an order that you've just placed, please send
us a
email immediately,
call or send a quick handphone messages to

as soon as possible. We'll do everything
we can to accommodate your request, however; items
that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must
NOT be returned or exchanged. In the event of order
cancellation on your part, the payment sent us in your
order will be saved in our record and will be used in
your next further order. No refund of payment for
cancellation is accepted. Shipping charges will
be billed separately with a link for you to make
payment, before shipment.
Please note: if you cancel an
item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no
longer receive that discount or promotion, if any.

Paypal
We accept payments
using PayPal. However, we will only send our shipment
to the address on your paypal account. It must match
the shipping address in your paypal record in your
order. NO EXCEPTIONS
to this rule.
We will ship ONLY to your
address on paypal, If you need to
ship to other address than your billing address,
please change and confirm your address at Paypal
before paying your order. This is a
protection for Seller against any fraud and
chargeback.
If you intend to
send a gift to another person with a different
address, please use another methods of payments.

Tax policy
- Sales tax is based on tax
rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the
ship-to address being used for your order).
- Sales tax is calculated at
the unit-level, as some states offer sales tax
exemptions and exceptions for certain apparel items.
Some of the items in your order may be taxable and
others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable
items may be taxed at a different rate than other
taxable items in your order.
- If you return an item for a
refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes
you paid for that item, if applicable. You will not
receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the
shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are
nonrefundable once an item has indeed been shipped.
Axxfactor collects applicable
taxes in all states except certain areas. You will be
notified by email if your shipping address is taxable
before shipment is processed.

If you choose courier express
shipping, it will come with a tracking number.

all shipment days are calculated once it leaves our
warehouse.
Standard Delivery
Usually allow 1 - 4 business days after
shipping for delivery within USA or 2 - 14 business
days for Singapore and international orders, although
orders shipped standard may take up to fourteen or
more days to be delivered, especially during the busy
holiday season. We ship to PO
addresses by standard delivery only.
Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express
Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next
business day, pending credit card authorization and
verification. Express orders usually arrive the
following business day after the ship date. Express
shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually
arrive within 3 to 5 business days after the ship
date.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient
shipping carrier for your order. We use Fedex, USPS,
Local express service to ship all items in our store.
You will be advised the carrier that we use for
mailing/shipping your order.
Delivery Time
If you're trying to estimate
when a package will be delivered, consider the
following:
- Credit card authorization and
address verification must be received prior to
processing.
- Express orders placed by
12:00 pm ET will ship the next business day.
- Holidays, weekend office closure.
International Customers
We do ship or bill orders
internationally.
Address Validation
To ensure that your packages are
delivered to the correct address as quickly as
possible, we will write you an email verifying your
address again when we receive your order. We will
identify any typos or errors in the address you
entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes
or correct the address. If you are sure the address is
correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but
this may cause delay in shipment.
Items
Returned
To Us By The Post Office
If your order is returned to us for
unsuccessful delivery, due to incorrect /
insufficient address, incorrect recipient's name, no
recipient receiving the parcel after attempted
delivery, or an error not caused by our side,
you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and return
shipping charges. (Fedex / USPS / EMS: - the Shipping
Carrier may charge a re-routing charges back to us).
We will contact you for further instructions on the
handling of your shipment. Applicable shipping &
handling charges may be reassessed at the time of
reshipment or request for refund. Buyer /
Customer may request for copy/proof of returned
shipping charges before requesting to reship the order
to the correct address.
If the order is returned to
us for unsuccessful delivery due to
insufficient postage, inadequate documentation, or an
error caused by our side, we will re-post the order to
the customer free of charge.
Back Order
Policy
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock
when you place your order, we will check on
deliverability with our manufacturer and choose the
most rapid method to deliver your items possible
and you will be notified by email.. In
instances where two shipments are required, we will
special order the item and absorb the additional
shipping costs at no charge to you. Note that we keep
any item(s) on order, unless you instruct us otherwise
or the manufacturer informs us the item is not timely
available.
Gift-Wrapping Service
Currently Gift Wrapping service is only available
to Singapore shipping addresses only.
Tracking
Packages
To help you track the status of
your shipment, we will include a tracking number
(Federal Express or United Parcel Service) or a
delivery confirmation number (United States Postal
Service or our selected courier express service) in
the shipment notification email. You can also check
here
If we have a question about your
order, we will contact you by phone or email.
Likewise, if you have any questions or changes to your

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
- Returns obtainable within 10 days after date of
purchase. No refunds. Unless stock is obsolete, You
may re-select any similar range and similar price
you have paid for once your returned merchandise
reach us.
- We gladly accept returns (at our discretion),
ONLY on
defective items by manufacturer's fault or wrong
items shipped to you.
- We cannot accept returns on mistakes made by you
on colors, sizes, change of mind etc. Please make
sure all is correct in the shopping cart before
checking out.
- Merchandise cannot
be returned if the original tags are not on the
item/garment. All original tags must be attached in
the same manner as originally secured upon return in
order for us to process your exchange.
- All returns must be received in our possession
in its original packaging and condition as it left
our store.
- If some of the ordered items
are out of stock / not available, You have the
following options: 1) payment will be be
kept as credit against next order, 2)
You may re-select any similar range and similar
price or higher but not less, in
such case, you
will be notified by email.
- No refund on shipping and handling charges.
- You are responsible for ALL shipping charges on
all exchange items going to & from Axxfactor.com.
We will
absorb all charges if we err in shipment.
- There will be a 25% restocking fee on refunds
(if applicable you will be notified)
- 24 hour written notification on any garment
damages/shortages, upon receipt of shipment via
email or phone call.
- You must call for authorization on exchange
items! Insure all returns.
- Your authorization number must be on the outside
of package. Cartons will be refused if return
authorization # is not posted outside of return
carton. No exceptions!
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Colors & styles may vary from different monitor
screen setting.
- International orders must be paid via U.S.
funds, by credit card, Paypal.
- All sales are Final, No exchanges/returns on our
Retro Vintage Collection, posing suits /
undergarments.
- No Exchange No Refund On WORN (including trying
on!), LAUNDERED, STAINED Items or items smelling of
CIGARETTE SMOKE or PERFUME.
- If returned items found to be in an unacceptable
